MARA's services are exclusively offered to companies and entrepreneurs (Unternehmer) in the sense of § 14 German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB), i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity exercising their commercial or independent professional activity. This is not an offering to consumers (Verbraucher) in the sense of § 13 German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB).
